The #1 Unforgivable Sin Most Women Commit In A Relationship…

What if I were to tell you that there’s an unforgivable sin
almost every woman commits around a man?

What if I were to tell you that hundreds of millions of women do
this EVERYDAY with their man?

What if I further told you that most women who do this have no idea
that they’re committing a horrible sin?

Are you wondering if you do it too? Before I talk about this sin,
I’d like to share a story with you…

It’s a story about Cindy & Matt. They have been in a
relationship for the last 2 years. They always had a great
connection, it was like they were made for each other but lately
things aren’t the same.

Cindy is very worried…She can sense that Matt is a lot more
“inside his head” lately, he isn’t being as open as
he used to be. She misses the comfort of the days when she could
talk about something & genuinely connect with him.

But now she is living a life of quite desperation because
Matt’s behavior is confusing her, She is feeling a lot more out
of control, she is spending her days in constant fear &
anxiety, she wants to know what’s going on but lack of
communication from Matt is only making things worse.

She is a lot more miserable now and misses the closeness but it
seems like Matt doesn’t really care.
She is wondering if it’s something she has said or done which
is causing this? She can sense this huge gap in understanding &
a giant invisible wall between herself and Matt.

But there is an even bigger fear which is freaking her out, she
fears that maybe Matt is thinking of breaking up with her. She
fears that maybe he is doing things behind her back & has
someone else in his life.

The very thought of imagining Matt with another woman makes her
feel this ugly feeling in her stomach, her heart starts to pound
faster and it makes her feel literally paralyzed.

Have you ever had such a feeling around your man? Have you ever
felt that awful feeling in your gut when you didn’t know what
was going on inside his head and you feared that maybe he was
thinking of leaving you?

Well maybe you have faced a similar situation or maybe you
haven’t… but I bet you can relate to that nasty feeling that
surfaces when you don’t understand your man.

Hundreds of millions of women go through this every single day. But
do you know why this happens? It’s because most women commit
the number 1 unforgivable sin in a relationship which completely
ruins their chances…Want to know what this sin is?

Here it is and I want you to listen carefully to this…The number
1 unforgivable relationship sin is – Not Knowing How The Male Mind
Works.

I bet you’re wondering – huh? This isn’t really a sin. Yes
it is and let me tell you why. It’s a sin because not
understanding how the male mind works will always lead you into
relationship issues and problems, you will always find yourself
confused and frustrated.

And it’s unforgivable because it can completely ruin a happy
relationship and often times can lead to a painful divorce or a
breakup which could have been avoided. Not understanding the male
psychology can send you on emotional “tailspins” for days
on end, and you will feel out of control as a result. It is without
a shadow of doubt, THE BIGGEST MISTAKE ANY WOMAN CAN MAKE
WITH A MAN.

This can be the devastating kiss-of-death to your relationship
unless you do something about it right now. Follow this link right
now & watch the video on the next page till the very late
minute…

How To Read A Man

I’m A Radio Transmitter?

Array

So what do you do when you die? If you are struggling for abundance it is your own mind blocking you from receiving it from the universe. There is plenty for everyone because we all want different things in this life. Nothing dies. We just change into another form of energy. What you give you get to keep. The more you skimp the less you have. You must keep abundance flowing. The universe likes speed. The divinity wants us to be abundant. If your religion expects you to have peace and be poor this is not abundance.

If you worry about never having enough guess what? You will never have enough because your subconscious has been trained to focus on never having enough. If you think life is a hardship and struggle guess what? Life is a hardship and struggle. What you think about you bring about.

Take responsibility for your world. Time is an illusion. Nobody sees the world as you do. You might say, this is nuts.

Like attracts like. This is an irrefutable law of the universe and has been for centuries. So the next time you say I can’t afford that, you are absolutely right.

So enjoy your challenges and abundance that comes to you every second of everyday because when you move on from this world you will no longer have the thrill of experiencing this day this moment or this second ever again.

You can always make more money but you can never ever make more time.

The next time you want something material in this world put it out to the universe and feel yourself already having it. The emotion you feel will line up the universe to give it to you. Emotion is important because when you feel that you already own it your thoughts are transmitted like a radio tower. The intuitive thought will come, take action on the thought and voila!!

Oh you don’t think we aren’t the strongest radio transmitter ever. Do you see the radio waves when you turn on your car stereo? We are transmitters stronger than anything man has ever created. We transmit our thoughts just like a radio transmits the music and commercials through thin air.

Is this too difficult to believe? I don’t think so. Do You?

The Secret Behind Subliminal Messages

180x150_02

What makes subliminal messages so effective? The secret behind them is a fact that advertisers have known for decades; the more people are exposed to something, the easier it is to influence them.

Suppose, for example, that you want to give up smoking. You know it’s bad for your health, it’s expensive, and it’s becoming more and more anti-social. You have the desire to give up, for all the right reasons, but just can’t seem to take it to that final stage.

Believe it or not, your conscious mind is getting in the way. No matter what you really think, you don’t have the ability to put it into practice in the regular course of events. Your day is busy, you’ve got lots of other things on your mind, and you haven’t given the idea of quitting smoking enough priority.

The Subliminal Advantage

Subliminal messages are positive affirmations presented to your ears or eyes at a rate or volume that your conscious mind is unable to detect. Your subconscious mind, however, takes in everything. These messages bypass your logical conscious state and go directly to your subconscious. If messages are sent frequently enough they’ll start to change the way you think, and therefore the way you behave.

Someone who wants to give up smoking might be presented with subliminal messages similar to these:

• I am stronger than cigarettes
• I respect and nurture my body
• I am able to resist the temptation of smoking

Reading these three short affirmations on a page won’t produce any magical results within your subconscious mind. But imagine the impact if, instead of three messages, your subconscious was exposed to thousands – over and over again – for a couple of weeks. All the research shows the same thing: gradually your attitude changes, and then your behavior.

How Subliminal Messages Work

Some people argue that, if you can’t hear the sounds, or you can’t see the images, how can they possibly make any difference? The point is that you aren’t aware that you’re hearing or seeing the messages, but your subconscious mind still takes them in. That’s the reason why subliminal messages work in the first place – because they sneak into your head, bypassing your conscious rational mind, and getting at the core of your belief system.

You’re exposed to subliminal messages every day. You might have the radio on in the morning when you drive to work and keep hearing about a new film that’s just come out. The first time you hear it you give it your attention. As the days turn into weeks you’re no longer consciously listening to it, but the information flows into your subconscious mind. If it’s a film that interests you, this constant subtle reminder will probably be enough to get you to go to the cinema and watch it.

Now think how powerful that process would be if it was something you desperately wanted to achieve, like giving up smoking. Your determination combined with the mind-changing power of those positive affirmations makes a winning formula. Eventually you’ll think of smoking as a disgusting, destructive habit that you can’t believe you started in the first place.

If you really and truly want to make lasting changes in your behavior but can’t seem to find the impetus to get going, try subliminal messages. You’ve got nothing to lose and the chance to gain a new and more rewarding lifestyle.

Brain Exercises

Unleash Your Genius with Genius Brain Power

When people think of exercising it often involves physical exertion to strengthen muscles. The human brain is also an important “muscle” in the body and with the right brain training and brain exercises you can help keep your mind fit, alert and ready to handle the rigors of a typical working day. Often brain exercises come in the form of games that help train the brain improve memory, strategize and think in advance. Some common forms of brain exercise include chess, memory games and mathematical problem solving.

Another way to exercise the brain is through brainwave entrainment. Isochronic tones are computer generated tones that are pulsed at specific frequencies to achieve desired effects such as productivity or relaxation. Although brainwave entrainment is not a new practice — binaural beats have been used in brain training since the mid-1800’s — the use of computer generated isochronic tones has become more popular lately and are also proving to be more effective in helping people improve their memory and intelligence.

Unfortunately when most people stop formal schooling, either by achieving a degree or choosing to drop out, the study habits and brain training that was part of their daily schedule also ends. The memorization and critical thinking that helped get us through school shouldn’t have to stop just because a specific goal has been reached. In fact, if you don’t keep up with brain exercises your mind will become lazy and won’t function in the as sharply as it used to.

Keeping the brain sharp requires exercise the same way muscles in the body require regular work outs to maintain a defined shape. The more you train your brain with brain exercises including strategy games, meditation and brainwave entrainment the better your memory, cognitive thinking and problem solving will be. We can’t expect our brains to always operate at the highest levels possible, but we can take proactive steps to help improve our focus, retain information and prevent memory loss.

8 Tips to Ensure Life Success

Personal goal setting is one of the best things you can do if you truly desire to be successful in life. Sadly, only a small percentage of people actually make goals for themselves regularly. But those are the most successful people you will meet!

Following are eight tips to help you use personal goal setting to achieve those things that are truly important to you.

1. Put your goals in writing – this will solidify them and make them very real. It also is the first step, and taking action is a key factor in reaching your goals. Writing them down also makes them more real. Unwritten goals with no game plan are really nothing more than wishes. And wishes don’t get you very far – but written goals will!

2. Prioritize them – When it comes to personal goal setting, it is essential that you prioritize your goals. Decide which ones are the most crucial for you to achieve. Those are the ones on which you want to devote the most energy. Those that end up at the bottom of your list may not be truly important to you, and they can be addressed at a later date in time if needed.

3. Write your goals down as positive statements. For example, rather than “lose 20 pounds” or “stop overeating”, you might write “reach the healthy weight of ____ pounds” or “eat only until I’m satisfied”.

4. Make your goals very clear and specific. With personal goal setting, if your goals are vague, you won’t likely succeed because you’re not really aiming at anything specific. An “iffy” goal is like throwing darts blind-folded (which I don’t recommend!). You might, by chance, hit the dart board but it is highly unlikely. Vague goals would be things such as “lose weight” or “make more money”.

Make them more specific; for example “make $10,000 per month”. That way you can measure process and you will know exactly when you have reached your goal. (After all, “make more money” could mean that you’re earning $5 more per month – which probably isn’t what you are striving for – right?)

5. Create specific timelines for reaching each of your goals. Not having a clear time frame in mind is very similar to having vague goals – you may never reach it because you take forever getting there. Creating a timeline gives you a sense of urgency, and will help spur motivation. Urgency and motivation are two important factors in personal goal setting.

6. Make sure your goals (and timelines) are realistic. For example, if you weight 250 pounds and your goal is to reach 150 pounds, you probably want to give yourself more than a month or two to reach your goal! Unrealistic goals and timelines are a quick path to failure when it comes to personal goal setting.

A note of caution here: there’s a delicate balance between being realistic and keeping your dreams alive. No one believed the 4 minute mile barrier could be broken – until Roger Bannister showed everyone that it could. And soon after his victory several people began running the mile in less than 4 minutes – most likely because now they believed it was possible.

So, go ahead and dream big – dreams are what make us feel alive and can fuel us with the motivation to achieve what may have seemed impossible (or what others tell us is impossible).

7. Break big goals down into multiple smaller, more doable goals. It’s easy to become overwhelmed by a really big goal. It may seem absolutely impossible – until your break it down into small steps. This is very important when it comes to personal goal setting!

For instance, if you’re just starting college and your goal is to become a surgeon, you may quickly become discouraged at the very long road ahead. However, if you break it down into sub goals (and then sub goals for those sub goals), the task won’t seem so daunting and you will be more likely to succeed.

8. Reward yourself when you achieve a goal (or sub goal). It is important that you acknowledge and reward your successes along the way, as success breeds more success. Treat yourself to something nice. It doesn’t have to be something big or expensive. But it is important that you celebrate each success along the way. You will be more likely to remain motivated and it will make the process a lot more fun!

Find the Problem; Solve it, and have Fun

Find the Problem, Solve it, and have Fun. Life is one shot. Dr. Wayne Dyer says, “If you knew who walked beside you every day you would never be afraid again.” Do not ever say, “I’ll laugh at this someday,” why wait laugh at it now. Enjoy the journey, live in the now; look at what you can bring to the table. Receiving is contingent upon your generosity. Give, give, give, and you will receive in return.

Control your state and your emotions, one outburst of anger can destroy a beautiful day because it will snowball out of control.

The best advice I have received is from my brother Greg, he wrote it on the back of his senior picture he gave to me. It simply said, “Don’t walk in my footsteps, walk over them, and make your own path.” I still have that picture and have thought about that inscription over the years. Those were powerful words for an 18 year old to write to his younger brother. I stepped over his steps and made my own path, some wise and some unwise.

If you knew you could not fail, what would you do?

Hypnotize My Mind

What Is Covert Hypnosis Exactly?

The Art of Covert Hypnosis

You may be familiar with the hypnosis you see on TV or at stage shows. You know the kind, the kind where a hypnotist is able to have people sit in a chair and then supposedly turn them into chickens, and things like that.

You may often ask yourself “Is that real, or is the hypnotist just using actors?”. The answer is of course, that yes, it is very real, however you may be surprised to know that there is a much more advanced form of hypnosis than that, a kind of hypnosis that can be used in your day to day life on people without them being aware of it. And this field is known as “covert hypnosis”.

It makes sense, if a hypnotist can hypnotize people at a stage show, then surely he’d be able to do it off the stage as well, when people aren’t aware of it? The answer is of course that yes, a trained hypnotist can do just that. You see, entertainment hypnosis is the only form of hypnosis that you’re exposed to. Covert hypnosis, because its discreet, is a type of hypnosis you will never heard about, nor will you see it on TV. Covert hypnosis is of course, by its very nature… covert.

It’s the type of hypnosis that politicians, faith healers, mentalists, illusionists, even psychics use in order to hypnotize many people into doing things, or thinking certain things. Covert hypnosis is used by professionals each and every day to make people fall in love, to bring them into false belief systems, to make them part with their money, and many other powerful things.

The powers of covert hypnosis are practically endless, and once this field is mastered, many things become possible. But how does it work exactly? Covert hypnosis works by influencing a person’s subconscious outside of the person’s conscious awareness.

Whenever we’re consciously aware of a suggestion, we cannot be hypnotized by it. This is because our consciousness contains a critical part to it, which constantly analyzes everything that passes through it.

If our conscious were to come across any information, or suggestion that it didn’t agree with, then it would immediately reject it. For example, if I told you right now “you will raise your right hand”, you most likely wouldn’t, since I’m giving your consciousness an instruction. If however I plant subtle suggestions within your mind, and then trigger these suggestions subconsciously, without you being consciously aware of it, then it becomes quite possible for me to make you raise your right hand.

As you can see, by its very nature, covert hypnosis isn’t obvious. The only real way to tell if someone is using covert hypnosis on you is to learn the field yourself.

What gets your attention gets you

 Freedom10
There is no fire if it doesn’t inspire.
What exactly do I mean by this?
Are you straining and frustrated to achieve a certain objective.
If your passion is lacking you must try a new approach
For many years I played guitar.
It was fun and a magnificent escape for me.
Then something happened.
It stopped being fun. So I stopped playing.
Many people ask me why I never play my guitar that much
anymore.
I could never give an answer.
The truth is I am a very accomplished guitar player.
It just became a chore and did not move me emotionally.
Most of us live our lives trying to recapture that old flame that has long since burned out.
This has always led me to frustration and being unfulfilled.
Writers that I know worry about blank spells and other such nonsense.
Sports Entertainers I know never quit until they die or choose to leave because they love what they do.
Some perform well into their 70’s.
So what is the point?
The only point is following your bliss.
If what you are doing now is a struggle maybe you want to reevaluate your motives behind doing it.
Is it because this is all you have done and you think this is all you know or can do.
Maybe peer pressure won’t let you move on to follow your bliss. There is absolutely nothing wrong with changing your goals and dreams as long as it is congruent with your lifestyle and it brings you fulfillment.
Remember Happiness is a choice and so are your actions.
I have a friend here in Tampa that worked in the Sports Entertainment industry for several years.
He was a good worker and successful. I ask him why did you leave when you did.
He did not give me any excuses he just said
“It stopped being fun and I wanted other things in my life.”
He is a very successful businessman in the community and is always optimistic and upbeat.
The same scenario with an acquaintance in the same business.
I ask him why he stays in the business. He gave me excuses about politics, money, blah
blah blah. all negative.
Example number one is at peace in his life. He has a passion for his new profession while
example number 2 just muddles from place to place and is not very happy. Why? Because he hit a brick wall. His lifestyle was no longer congruent with his vision of himself. If he still had passion he would’ve persisted without exception.
When you have a fire for something. Nothing gets in your way.
When or if the fire burns out you must find the spark for what you truly wish to do next.
Know your new outcome and change your approach.
The life you live must be congruent with your goals and aspirations.
If there is conflict in your mind there will definitely be conflict in your world.
Only you can decide what is best for you to do in this world.
Only you can decide what your contribution will be.
Only you know what gets you passionate and filled with a burning desire to execute at
your greatest potential.
When is now a good time to look at your life and decide once and for all. Is this what I
want? Is this who I am?
Follow your bliss and the money will come to you almost without effort like the oxygen
that your breath.
Yes, following your bliss still means you must take action.

Things I learned this year so far..

Freedom01

1. Quality questions create a quality life.

Don’t ask “why” questions, ask “what” questions.

Examples:
What is most important to me in my life?
What is most important to me in my relationships?
What do I enjoy most in life?
What is good about this situation?
What is perfect about this situation?
What can I do to contribute more tomorrow?

Or

Who do I love?
Who loves me?

2. It’s the moments of our lives that shape us.
3. Expand your references and immediately expand your life (seek wisdom)
4. As I developed new beliefs about who I am my behavior changed to support my new identity
5. Make sure labels I put on myself or enhancers not limiters. (They must add to the good that is within me)
6. There is no true success without emotional success
7. I succeed when I run out of things that fail (persist without exception).
8. Consistency is established by my habits
9. It is important that my environment reinforces my identity.
10. Nothing has to happen in order for me to feel good (it is a choice).

Happiness, joy, laughter and prosperity to all.

War is cruelty, and you cannot refine it. Every attempt to make war easy and safe will result in humiliation and defeat. If the people raise a great howl against my barbarity and cruelty, I will answer that war is war. It is not popularity-seeking. War is, at best, barbarism. War is the remedy our enemies have chosen, and I say let us give them all they want. There is many a young man here today who thinks that war is all glamour and glory; but let me tell you, boys, it is all Hell!”

– General William T.Sherman.

“There are no spectator seats in an ambush.” It is the only way I could psychologically justify many of my actions during war.

-TimothyKendrick

To look back at our lives and try or discover why certain things happened can be what I call an enhancer. It expands my references and may explain some of my actions that have made me what I am today.

1 out of 4 returning veterans with PTSD Post Traumatic Stress Disorder will commit suicide. 1 out of 4, freaking astonishing!!!.

I personally preferred for awhile what I call “suicide on the installment plan”. This is where one drinks massive quantities of alcohol and prodigious amount of pills until you shoot yourself or just die. Well I couldn’t bring my self to shoot myself (i enjoyed the pain too much) I was in Latin America and my friend finds me in my hooch with and empty bottle of brandy and pills and says “do you think you need some help” I thought “no I’m killing myself just fine thank you”.

Like a wounded animal I had crawled off to die by myself. Someone had found me, not my plan This was in the late 90’s so back to the hospital I go for the umpteenth time. It was a nice four walled place in Panama City, Panama.

I had seen death in Africa years before and it haunted me. Ahh but my ego would not permit me to deal with it in “positive constructive matter”.

I had friends who ended it in their own way. Hell, I hand nothing I thought at the time to live for. A paternity suit, the IRS, I’d look in the mirror and after all the “pats on the back”, all I saw was the angel of darkness and me running. I was flat broke.

I was drinking brandy because it was dirt cheap where I was at. God awful nasty but it did its job. I ate when my body made me. Once again I thought, “you chickenshit, you can’t even kill yourself right”.

This began my journey into self awareness. I searched for meaning in my life. It was like when the astronaut “Buzz” Aldrin came back from walking on the moon. He felt like “how do I top that”. “Buzz” crawled into depression and a bottle for many years. Hell, Neil Armstrong refused to talk to any media for over 2 decades. I never walked on the moon though I lived through things that some could not even imagine living through. I was addicted to it and I loved every minute when “the shit was hitting the fan and I was in the middle of it. Then I knew peace, an eerie peace, the senses, and the awareness.

The awareness THAT was what I was looking for.

The awareness was never found in a bottle of booze or pills. I only discovered it in Iraq after bull@itting my way back to a Department of Defense job. I had to see the beast (war) that fed me for so long again.

What I was doing to that point was not working. In 7 years I had 23 jobs. This was from 1998-2003. I was flat ass broke, on the verge of losing everything including my wife We later divorced). I had to get that job with the DOD (they knew I was crazy so I got it). Next thing after 2 tours I’m out of my mind and found drunk in the back of a Iraqi bus. My boss, (who I thought was a prick). Says to me. (After he gave me a rash of shit). You’re done aren’t you? I said yes I’m done. That was it he helped me out of the bus. They got me out of country quickly, Funny just like 10 years before in Mogadishu. This time I’m on a C-5 just like 10 years ago. Wow what a coincidence I think. I had gotten pretty good at lying to doctors so in Kuwait I lied again and they bought it. If not, it was a one way ticket to Landstuhl Hospital in Germany in the psyche ward.

I had finally gotten to a point of enough leverage (pain) that It became a “must” to find solutions if not only for myself but for others who may have these same issues. This is how my first book “PTSD: Pathways Through the Secret Door” came about.

The secret door is our mind. It is not what happens to us, it is what happens within us that matters. It is unlocking and opening doors within our subconscious mind and tapping into our full potential as human beings. Learning that Living is Giving and our mission on this earth is not complete, well until it is complete
